The Challenge
Building a restaurant in Red Bank means everything has to look great and meet strict codes. For this seafood bar, we had to turn an empty commercial space into a high-quality dining room on a tight schedule. We had to fit in a full commercial kitchen, prep areas, and a custom bar that would be the main focus of the room.
The Craftsmanship
We handled the whole project, from the first plumbing and electrical lines to the final wood trim. We used tough, high-quality materials that can handle a lot of customers every day. We built the bar with built-in drains and power lines so the staff can work efficiently. Every floor and wall finish was picked to meet NJ health codes. We also worked closely with inspectors to make sure everything was up to code for fire safety and accessibility.
The Result
The finished restaurant looks great and is ready for business. By making sure the kitchen works perfectly and the dining area feels inviting, we got the doors open on time. It’s a solid example of the kind of commercial work we do in Red Bank.
