The Challenge
A local group in Millstone needed some raised garden beds for a new community garden. The beds had to be tough enough to hold heavy, wet soil and stay outside in the weather all year. They also needed to be at the right height so everyone in the community could use them easily.
The Craftsmanship
We used naturally rot-resistant wood for the frames so they’d last a long time without needing any chemical sprays. We reinforced the corners and used heavy-duty bolts to make sure the walls wouldn’t bow out under the weight of the dirt. We built them at a height that’s easy to reach without too much bending over. We also made sure every bed was level and anchored so they won’t shift over time.
The Result
The garden beds look good and are ready for planting. By building them solid and using the right wood, we gave the community a garden that will last for years. It was a good project to be a part of, and it shows we can handle any kind of outdoor build.
