The Challenge
Modular homes are great for speed, but they only work if the foundation is dead-level and the units are set perfectly. Our job was to take these factory-built sections and tie them together into a single, solid house that looks and feels like it was built right on site.
The Craftsmanship
We worked with the crane crew to set each section on the foundation. Once the units were down, we spent our time on the “button-up” work. This means bolting the sections together, sealing the marriage walls, and making sure the roof and siding lines matched up perfectly. We focus on these connections because that’s what makes the house feel like one solid piece instead of a few separate boxes.
The Result
The home was set and sealed quickly, giving the owners a finished house in much less time than a standard build. It meets all the local codes and has the same strength as any other house we build. It’s a smart way to build when you want a quality home on a tight schedule.
