The Challenge
Starting a new build in the spring means moving fast to beat the rain while keeping the structure perfectly square. For this project, we needed to get the foundation decked and the walls up so the rest of the trades could start their work.
The Craftsmanship
We used high-quality framing lumber and checked every wall for plumb and every floor for level. We focused on getting the headers right for all the windows and doors so they’ll open and close perfectly once the house is finished. The roof rafters were cut and set to match the plan exactly, giving the house its final shape.
The Result
The framing was done on time and gave the homeowners a solid, straight house to build on. It’s the kind of work you won’t see once the drywall goes up, but you’ll notice it when the floors don’t squeak and the walls are straight.
