The Challenge
The strength of a new home depends on the quality of its framing. For this project in Central New Jersey, we had to take complex architectural plans and turn them into a perfectly level and square structure. The challenge is making sure every wall and floor joist is exactly where it needs to be so that the plumbing, electrical, and finishing crews can do their jobs without hitting any structural issues.
The Craftsmanship
Our framing crew used high-quality lumber and followed exact engineering specs for every part of the build. We focused on the load-bearing walls and roof rafters to make sure the house was solid from top to bottom. We also used extra blocking and bracing to prevent floor squeaks and wall movement later on. This stage of the build requires following New Jersey building codes to the letter and double-checking every measurement before moving to the next floor.
The Result
The finished framing provides a solid skeleton for the rest of the house. By getting the “bones” of the building right, we made sure the interior finishes like drywall and trim would go in smoothly. The house is now structurally sound and ready for the next phases of construction. This project shows the work that goes into building a home that will stay level and solid for years to come.
