Luxury Marble Walk-In Shower Bathroom

The Challenge

This bathroom needed a complete change. The family wanted a high-quality look that was also easy to get in and out of. We ripped out the old tub and shower combo to make room for a big, walk-in shower with no curb to step over.

The Craftsmanship

We started by prepping the subfloor and putting down a solid waterproofing system. The main feature is the marble tile that goes from the floor to the ceiling. We used large marble slabs, which take a lot of skill to level out and line up perfectly. We made sure every detail was right, from the built-in shower niche to the way the floor slopes toward the drain.

The Result

The finished bathroom looks great. The big walk-in shower and the natural marble make the whole room feel much larger. By getting rid of the tub and using the same stone throughout, we created a clean, accessible space that is built to a very high standard.
