Living Room Renovation with New Flooring and Fireplace

The Challenge

The family had a living room that felt old and out of date. The flooring was worn down and the fireplace didn’t really fit the style of the house anymore. They wanted a cleaner look that made the room feel more like a place where they actually wanted to hang out.

The Craftsmanship

We focused on two main things: the floor and the fireplace. We pulled up the old flooring and put down new, high-quality planks, making sure the subfloor was solid and level first. For the fireplace, we did custom stone work to give it a more modern look. We paid close attention to how the new floor met the hearth so the transition was clean. Everything was measured and cut to fit exactly, from the trim to the mantle.

The Result

The living room looks a lot better now. By updating the floor and the fireplace at the same time, we changed the whole feel of the space. It’s now a clean, comfortable room that looks like it belongs in a modern home. The new finishes are built to last and the fireplace is a solid focal point for the room.
