The Challenge
The owners wanted a real outdoor room where they could sit and eat even if it was raining or too sunny. They needed a structure that was strong enough to handle the weather but looked clean and matched their house.
The Craftsmanship
We built this pavilion using low-maintenance materials and finished it in a clean white. We focused on making the posts and the roof lines look proportional and making sure everything was tied down right for wind and snow. The roof was built to be completely water-tight so they can have furniture under it that stays dry all year.
The Result
The backyard now has a great spot for the family to gather. It’s more than just a deck because it has a real roof and feels like a part of the house. It’s a solid addition that makes the yard a lot more useful for the summer and into the fall.
