The Challenge
Modern high-performance appliances need the right infrastructure to work correctly. For this project in Central New Jersey, the main challenge was upgrading the home’s electrical and ventilation systems to support a new induction cooktop and a large refrigeration system. The original kitchen was not built for this level of technology, so we had to re-run wires and vent lines without tearing apart the structure of the house.
The Craftsmanship
We focused on the technical side of this remodel just as much as the look. We upgraded the electrical panels and ran new HVAC lines to meet the requirements of the professional-grade appliances. Our team built custom cabinetry around each unit to ensure a flush fit. We also installed a custom vent hood that handles the output of the high-end stove while fitting into the clean lines of the new kitchen. Every piece of trim and cabinet was cut to fit the specific dimensions of the new equipment.
The Result
The finished kitchen is built for serious cooking. By upgrading the hidden systems like the wiring and ductwork, we made sure the new appliances would run safely and efficiently. The kitchen looks clean and modern, with everything integrated into the cabinetry. This project provides the homeowners with a reliable, professional-grade space that is ready for daily use and entertaining.
