The Challenge
Building a solid outdoor space on a waterfront property is about more than just a good view. You have to deal with salt air and high winds that can tear up standard materials. The family wanted to move easily from the house to a new porch where they could host friends and relax by the water.
The Craftsmanship
We used high-quality, weather-resistant materials to make sure this porch stays solid for a long time. We picked composite decking and railings that won’t rot or peel in the salt air. Every joint and fastener was put in with care to make sure the structure is as strong as it looks. We also planned the layout to keep the water views open from every angle.
The Result
The finished porch is the new favorite part of the house. It’s a big, durable space for relaxing or having people over. From the clean lines of the railings to the solid feel of the deck, everything was built to last and looks great with the waterfront setting.
