The Challenge
The family wanted an outdoor space that felt warm and natural but also had a modern touch. They liked the look of natural wood but didn’t want heavy wood railings that would block their view of the yard. The goal was to build a deck that felt open and stayed out of the way of the landscape.
The Craftsmanship
We created a high-contrast look by using premium natural-toned decking and pairing it with slim black metal railings. The black metal gives the deck a sharp, clean outline and is much easier to see through than traditional wood balusters. We made sure every post was mounted solid and the decking was laid with even gaps and hidden fasteners. This combination of warm wood tones and black metal creates a clean look that handles the weather well.
The Result
The finished deck works perfectly for entertaining and fits right in with the style of the house. By using metal railings instead of wood, we kept the space feeling open and light. It’s a solid, well-built deck that gives the family a great spot to enjoy their backyard without any bulky structures getting in the way.
