The Challenge
This homeowner in Millstone wanted a massive deck for entertaining. The challenge was building such a large structure while making it look clean and solid. They wanted a deep burgundy color that would look good with the house and feel warm when they had a lot of people over.
The Craftsmanship
We built a heavy-duty frame to make sure this big deck would stay solid and level for years. We used a high-quality burgundy composite for the decking because it doesn’t fade or scratch easily. We used hidden clips so you don’t see any screws on the surface. We also did a “picture frame” border around the edges and used different patterns to mark out the dining and lounge areas. We finished it with a clean railing system that keeps everyone safe but doesn’t block the view.
The Result
The finished deck looks great. It’s huge, but the deep color keeps it looking sharp. Since it’s composite, the family won’t have to spend a lot of time on maintenance. We gave them a lot more living space and a great spot for summer parties.
